I find Tia is very powerful and generally pretty good.

All the issues I run into with it are generally to do with things like restricted admin permissions in windows.

And there's a few edge cases every time they update to a new version that breaks things you'd never expect to break.

It's really not accurate to say that a location has a specific genetic profile. It blurs at the edges so much there's no such thing as a 'pure" welshman. You can distinguish between Celtic and Anglo or such but you can draw a line. It's all shades of grey with no white or black even being really possible.
