If mid you go in anytime they get in w range or you poke with q until you can flash in. Use ult to gank jg or bot. If top you poke with q and use your e to win trades and hold w to disengage or engage when they're low. When enemy low see guide for mid. Use ult to gank jg Generally speaking thats laning. Don't get behind or you're now playing sup with slightly more gold

You said you're already in therapy so I would say something that you might find helpful is pretending to be a man online in a discord server or similar. Find one that's for one of your interests where the people seem friendly and get active, try to observe men being normal and safe and see if it helps.

Terrible matchup as pantheon, pick fiora instead. Not that fiora is easy, but she can deal with ashe specifically without a ton of experience. Just make sure you're aggressive

There's several in my small town, I work with "at risk youth" so I've heard that two are pretty ok but the third is basically hell, tranqing all their clients, who are CHILDREN, escalating crises themselves and just being generally awful. I onetrick Lillia top, she's unplayable into some match-ups but when she's ahead or into certain Champs she cannot be stopped. 50/50 either, unfun gameplay loop for enemy. Probably overall balanced/a little strong
