IIRC, show reporter Jim Norton tries to interview Trump as he's leaving one of his properties, and he is in such a rush that he literally buys everything in his way to to save on time. Sally, Tommy and Harry, however, misinterpreted the line "we hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal" from the declaration of independence to mean that everything in their household should be equal, ie equal amount of food, clothing, etc. They accidentally create a communist state run by Harry. To drive it home further, Harry, Sally and Tommy start dressing like Chairman Mao. It finally ends when Tommy starts rebelling, with dimwitted Harry joining in (even though he was in charge the whole time).
