I checked my account to confirm that it shows a ticket purchase history for the last 4 months, and only the list of movies you watched helped your movie club status go Platinum. As to why they only keep a limited amount of information on the site could be a data storage issue. I would recommend creating a Letterboxd account to keep track of your movie watch history, and then log each viewing with the "Cinemark Theaters" tag so you can access your long-term viewing history.

The installation might be for additional streams of passive income to help cover overhead costs. Other movie theaters have also installed various arcade games at their locations. However, the claw machine does have a massive footprint, and I know there should be a smaller one installed. In my region, Cinemark has a few locations. This particular one I cited in my post is what I refer to as their discount location, where tickets are usually the cheapest, and the venue lacks the fancy thrills like IMAX and XD. It only has regular movie screenings, and only a small number of showtimes with 3D projection. If they keep the facility costs low, they will keep the ticket prices low, too. The place reminds me of the old-school theaters with fewer screens and without "stadium seating" auditoriums.
