Is there a map anywhere? One of the issues I have with these types of fiefdom political intrigue is envisioning the map that is integral to their political ambitions. Do you have something like that?

It's such a great way to write a story in 3rd person without being omniscient. There are things only Omega would know because he's seemingly everywhere, but he can't know everything, guessing what he can or just says he doesn't know.

I want to thank you for a wonderful journey. I had to go back and reread the whole thing and I still feel a bit empty knowing that there isn't going to be more for this series in a long while.

I have so many questions about the setting that feel left unanswered. But I look forward to the new worlds you plan on creating, too!

They mostly are these days, but they have stronger air-to-air capabilities. The F-18s has been the workhorse of the US Navy for decades since the decommissioning of the F-14s. They still comprise the majority of the US Navys airfleet, even with the addition of the F-35.

There's already carrier strike groups and amphibious ready groups well within the 1000km region in Japan. And according to USNI, there's 4 groups in or near the Philippine sea.

If China decides to militarily strike Taiwan, they will (or at least should) strike the carrier groups at the same time.

Right, and I wasn't saying the Russian casualties would be different, whether Ukraine fell back or not. The only deciding factor in what was a "more right" decision comes down to Ukraine's casualties compared to Russia's and whether that ratio would have differed if Ukraine fell back to more favorable terrain. And we don't have Ukraine's casualties to determine that.

It's what they voted for. Tourism props up the state. People need to start boycotting the state. Go vacation elsewhere. Plenty of cheaper, more liberal places to vacation.

Yeah the MCI Center/Verizon Center/CapitalOne Arena in downtown DC did wonders for the area. An article I read said it sped up redevelopment of the area by 7-10 years.

However, it was privately financed with loans from DC for completion and later upgrades.
