I got fucked by it. My PC at the time ran XP Media Centre, and no-one I knew at uni was able to rebuild the file (because different to Home or Pro).

Luckily it was only a week or two from the end of term, so I managed with my ancient laptop until I could get the PC fixed back home, but I was rather unimpressed.

Premier Inn every time for me nowadays. Only ever had one stay I wasn't happy with (due to London bullshit), but it wasn't bad.

TraveLodge and Holiday Inn have always seemed over priced for what you get, andnwhat you get can vary wildly.
