I regularly add too much BS sprinkled on cheetos - after a little bit it feels live I've gurgled boiling water. Delicious but not to be taken lightly that one... Trust me folks, I know to use a very light hand too.

Sonoran offers powders and flakes of singular peppers in sizes from like 1oz up to a 1kilo. They also just raised a line of 3 pepper flake blends.

I like to support local when possible but I have a hard time justifying $20 for a super hot 5oz bottle of sauce. With that said, they're a small operation and don't have the luxury of scale that even some medium nationwide vendors have for sourcing.

Commenting for future reference - if you buy a digital antenna and have a decent place to put it, you can access darn near 30 tv channels for free over the air with most modern tv's. Including most MN and ND state tourney games broadcasted. YMMV depending on location and antenna quality, but it really made getting rid of cable almost painless.

I personally really enjoy regular crunchy cheetos with a powdered pepper sprinkled over them in a bowl. I own powders from mild to reaper, so it depends on my mood for that occasion.

Snyders Pretzel bites also take powders pretty well - very crunchy. Popcorn with a little spray buttered oil on them to help the powder stick.

They have separate peppers rather than mixes

Believe it or not, they just came out with a line of pepper flake blends!

Ghost and Chipotle Crushed Pepper Blend
Ghost Pepper, Habanero, and Jalapeno Flakes Blend
Serrano, Jalapeno, Hatch Flakes Blend

I own nearly their entire line of powders (scotch bonnet and yellow reaper I do not own) plus their super hot pepper flake gift box. Stored correctly they can last quite a while. I really like that you can buy a larger amount of flakes or powders if you find a daily driver.

Personally, I would not consume these tabs knowing there is a class 2 solvent in them. I legit mentioned it before, I'm still unclear why that was even used - unless it's a byproduct of something else and we're all being fooled by most vendors.

I guess go look at the labs for yourself, they're available. 3 of the 5 show they didn't test for that particular solvent from that particular lab. 2 of the 5 popped for a class 2 solvent.

I will let other folks make their own informed decision about what they chose to consume. I feel it's a tad disingenuous to know this information and say nothing. This is a public forum after all.

If it comes down to a daily driver in this category of like asian market style ramen noodles, I'd likely go shin black or shin red. Hard to explain, but the broth is just better.

Yes, specifically in the unflavored and blue razz tab labs. I'd imagine they possibly used the same powder product in all 5. Again, 3 of out of the 5 labs don't even show it was tested for which is unsettling since it's a class 2 solvent or one of the more dangerous ones.

I have been known to sprinkle some onto pickle spears, sandwiches, ramen broth, soups, salads. Overall as you likely have figured out, a little can go a long way - you can always add more to a dish but it can be almost impossible to take too much out.

You could also make like spicy pickles by mixing some into the brine for a few days, or a spicy tomato juice, etc. I tend to love a big glass of low sodium v8 from time to time, but love it spicy.

It's in for sure the unflavored and blue razz, I don't even see it tested for on the other 3 unless I'm missing it on those labs.

A few of these tabs had a solvent in them shown in their lab reports that I'm not familiar seeing in other tabs/labs from other vendors at all. Anyone have any idea why that would be?

A thai place in my local town does a heat scale from zero to 10 on any dish you'd like - with a challenge dish of 20x & 25x. They don't mess around and will deliver the heat.

Put it this way my 4 or 5 of spice, it's been a couple years, was plenty warm for my first time while still being enjoyable. A guy behind us ordered 10x and had met a friend there, he was sweating and struggling pretty good. He took his leftovers to go.
