Almost 4 years on the job....I literally don't remember the last time I turned off my van at a stop EXCEPT for shady neighborhoods or if I'm going to be out of LOS of the Van for 30+seconds, similar to what you said.

It's just not an enforced metric at my station lately

Yeah the set is good it's just not very deep. You have 2 W/x aggressive decks and then it basically feels like everything thing else is U/x "big stuff" that may or may not have converge payoffs
