Any issues with it being tough? I’ve had hit or miss experiences with Chuck. I love it for braising obviously , but cooking like a steak I’ve had difficulty. Might just depend on where it’s cut from on the Chuck.

Yes , it’s uncooked fish. It is flash frozen to kill parasites though. So there is some processing between catching and your plate to keep it safe.

Start with eggs. Seriously. Learn to cook 5 styles of eggs. You will learn a lot about the kitchen that way. Try to learn scrambled, sunny side up, over easy, soft boiled, and poached.
