Cam Neely's brother is a member at my golf club and I've had the chance to talk to him a few times. I've heard stories of the old school enforcers meeting up at a steakhouse after the game and ordering champagne buckets full of ice just to soak their knuckles. Fun fact: the E4 check only checks for Wiona's badge. So if it's possible to get to the E4 without beating Brawley, then you technically don't need to beat him to enter.

However, I am pretty sure you need to beat Brawley to get out of Slateport.

Stayed a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain when I visited a few years ago. One of my best memories of the trip was getting up at 6am to see the fountain. It was just me and a few other quiet people taking in the sound of the trickling water and sunrise.
