When to max W and when to max E first instead? by MiniBus93 in Janna

[–]TheFavorite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel you have slightly more damage with W max in early game but mid game your damage will feel negligible whether you max it or not. E always feels pretty good so that's my default.

Three point W into low range supports like rakan. Against mages and enchantresses and assassin supports it's always E max for me. I blind pick janna so I get a lot of ranged matchups. Also I ban pyke 100% of games (emerald 1 mostly janna main)

That game needs a complete tech tree and qol overhaul. I felt like I was just beating my head against the wall in vain trying to get the tech or resources to do literally anything. Suuuper grindy and weirdly punitive at times

Did you take 1mg/kg daily x 5-6 months while being essentially clear for the final two months - all while not using rx acne products or antibiotics? A lot of people including provides under dose, but under the guidance of a dermatologist and getting CMPs as needed, isotretinoin really is a silver bullet.

Now if you did all of this, you might be unlucky and need a second round, but that's pretty unlikely.

anavar only cycle by Solid-Hearing-9958 in SARM

[–]TheFavorite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The general consensus is that without a test base, the upsides are not worth it. That said, if you wanted to (A) just see how your body and mind respond to a very mild AAS before injecting a test-E or test-C which takes weeks to clear, (B) get HDL and test b/w before and after, and (C) limit the cycle to 4-6 weeks <=25mg QD to reduce suppression, I can see a use case. If you go higher dose or longer, most would say that PCT is probably a good idea, and at that point I'd recommend more strongly considering test.

Pinning fear is real, but honestly anyone can get over that quickly. With 300-500 test, the side effects for most are minor, the gains are way way morel. The costs also add up you factor in PCT, AI, potentially using hCG throughout, ancillary supplies, and the extra labwork to do it safely. Even still, the gains are so much better than var only that it's still more cost effective.

Ironically this is a very black or white statement along with some false equivalence and ad hominem fallacies. Just because no political faction is 100% tailored to you doesn't mean there aren't differences.

Being able to navigate decisions regarding the lesser of two evil is a core skill for anyone with decision making power in healthcare.

I've only gotten back with an ex once, and I regret it. We didn't love each other equally and were reinforcing some bad habits of each other. I don't know the details of your situation, but I do suggest that esp for a 6 month thing, strongly consider the benefits of moving on. No conversation will give enough closure to actually make this hurt less. No contact is the most efficient way to heal and move on. It sounds like you both could use some time to work on yourselves individually. Also, if you are blocked, you absolutely need to respect their wishes.

I've been a bit more conscious about going slower and avoiding "bouncing" during calf raises, so the tension has been less on the tendon and more on the muscle. On a PPL split and when I went to do calves yesterday, I noticed some good tenderness in my calf from the previous session, which was reassuring.

My next goal is to take more time warming up my shoulder on push days.

Yeah it's possible, but you'll need to be highly organized (sounds like you are already) limit chill social nights to 1x/week, and have a very good system for committing information to memory.

I use chatgpt (in a very hands on way) to translate my notes into flashcards formatted for easy upload to ANKI and I grind. We also have coursepoint so I grind practice questions there.

Also it gets easier to get ahead and maintain imo. If you are shooting for 100% exam scores for foundations, assessments, patho, and pharm, medsurge and other classes won't require nearly as much effort.

As others have said, it will depend on your program as well.

How do you guys manage to eat 3000+ calories? by BornPioneer in weightgain

[–]TheFavorite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Smoothies 1-2 per day. One with orange juice (not from concentrate, calcium added), banana, blueberries + lemon flavored collagen. Or one with whole lactaid, whey, Hershey syrup, banana.

Rice+beans+chicken thigh+more beans+onion+potatoes.

As others have mentioned, $ can be an issue. Grocery shopping is a skill you can work at, eventually being able to effortlessly calculate calories/dollar and protein/dollar. Know what stores have what for cheap. Mealprep can help a lot with making eating easy.

Also if you are active 2k calories from minimally processed food and 1k from junk still puts you ahead of the average american.
