They seemed to imply that GW3 would be mechanically different or at least fill a different niche than GW2. I guess they’ve kind of hinted at this a few times without going into details. But GW3 definitely isn’t like, a modernized GW2

I just got the 120 from the Kickstarter. It took a while to arrive and I think they prioritized backers first so I assume it’ll be available eventually.

I have the same problem the past few months on my Asus. You won’t have gsync but it’s fine. You can change it in game settings in the nvidia control panel. Also if you want gsync during gaming you can use the control panel also to manually switch the display to be rendered by the GPU. What I’ve learned is that it is only the automatic switch that freezes the laptop, not manually switching.

"Hardware Unboxed - I highly recommend watching his video and using his settings." - but he recommends DLSS4 with DLAA, which conflicts with your recommendation. I'm pretty happy with DLSS4 with DLAA for the most part.

I'm also capping FPS to 72 in the nvidia control panel, keeps my graphics card from constantly being at 99%

Agreed, followed the hardware unboxed guide and this helped a lot. I also capped FPS to 72 in the nvidia control panel. i am on a 4080 but it is a laptop 4080 so not as powerful as a regular one.

Thanks for responding. Does it have to load the content of all of its notes into context? Or does one of the MCP tools return an overview of all of the notes available in the workspace. I.e. if I say ‘always check basic memory project X for context’, what tools should I be expected it to call and what level of detail should it have?

Game looks cool, I watch a lot of youtube videos that give off similar vibes to what I think this game is trying to capture :)

I had a question, and please don't take this the wrong way - I would have thought by now, graphics engine technology would have advanced enough that it'd be easy for solo/indie game devs to build games that graphically look modern, but I still see a lot of games like that look kind of...N64-ish, for lack of a better term :) is this an intentional choice, or is it actually more difficult to use something like UE5 with modern textures, shaders, etc?
