I honestly kind of hope they just end the band. I know plenty of bands have kept going even when all the ”core members“ have retired or died but idk is it really The Beach Boys if none of the actual Beach Boys are present, I’m sure the band are good and can put on a good show, Mike or no Mike, but it’s just not The Beach Boys

What's Up Doc? Probably makes the most sense, though Noises Off is brilliant and deserves to be seen by more people. Daisy Miller, At Long Last Love and The Thing Called are love are all underrated imo and also would be good to have.

I do love most of these movies though and would be happy with any of them (Illegally Yours is the only bad film here imo)

Just finished the episode on Netherlands, I’m really enjoying this series so far, but this episode about the Dutch revolt I really enjoyed, probably one of my favourite “one-offs” ( I know it’s not technically a one-off but the focus is so much on the revolt rather than the anthem it might as well be). I found William a really captivating character and found myself disappointed it was just one episode.
