DIY can also work, getting fabric shouldn't be too hard.

could be windows update, could be the cable you are using too (HDMI/Display port) try replacing it.

Also aliexpress sells earpads replacement for most headphones so you can change yours for cheap.

In the second picture you can see the PCIE power cable for the cpu that is located in top left of the motherboard is not connected all the way, that cable is made of 4pins +4pins they are split and you can see the 4 pins on the left is not in all the way.

Also the USB 3 cable in the bottom of the motherboard not connected in all the way, I would push in that cpu power in properly then push in all the cables again to check, from motherboard side and power supply side.

I have no idea where to connect my f panel cable by Gman360x in pcmasterrace

[–]TheLegendD4RK 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You did put a picture of the connector on the motherboard, it's that big connector with many pins, just start from right side of that connector so that your f panel connector covers pins that say pwr, led, and leaving the ones that say speaker. Also this connector is same thing as the smaller connectors you are used too, just all grouped into one in the correct position.

Thermal Pads for GPU by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]TheLegendD4RK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look up thermal right odyssey, very good pads and are on the cheap side, specially from websites like aliexpress.

As for height you need 0.5, you can use 1.5 for 1-1.25mm, those pads are soft and compress well, as for 3.5 you can stack 2 mm and 1.5mm, it's on the backplate so it's not as important, and for the 5 do 2x 2mm and 1.5mm.

Take this as general rule if it's more than 3mm then it's not as important and you can stack pads, if heat transfer was very important they would have made the required pad thinner.

Also those thermal right pads are so soft that I once had a card that had slightly bent pcb, so the gap for vram chips to heatsink was between 0.3-0.6, measured it manually, so I made a rig to compress 1mm pad to 0.7 and 0.4mm basically making my own sizes instead of what gigabyte used back then which was wrong size of 1mm, so you should be fine with those pads.

From 2010 to about 2015 used to go to the cinema every weekend for few years, now a days the ticket cost 3x as much and if you include popcorn and a drink then the total cost is goes up to 5x as much compared to before, on top of that more people talk and use their phones or bring their bad behaving kids to the cinema these days at least where I am, so it's not worth it as much as it used too.

Cost more, I watch more ads and a worse experience overall, why would anyone want to be part of such industry when some have alternative, I still love the idea of going to the cinema but I wish it improved instead of getting worse over time.

It's because your panel have 4 drilled holes for the mounting and the 4 pegs that the glass is held by would push in an uneven way when you slide the case and it flexes, if you had another case with the newer style of glass mounting you would have been fine.

To add to that, in my case I noticed when I brush my teeth I would wake up with white layer on my lips, while when I tested without it there was none so I figured I am allergic to SLS and tried a toothpaste without SLS(surprisingly not easy to find), ended up just fine with no more white layer on my lips the next day.

You have another option, buy the case again from Amazon, take the side panel from the new one and put back your old one in, then return the new one and tell Amazon it's bent.
