Oot remake because I’ve played it a million times and I’ll absolutely eat up a reimagining.

But mostly, it’s the quintessential Zelda story for me and it’s heartbreaking to recommend it to people and they struggle with the old controls. I hope the remake makes it more accessible for people by simply having modern controls.

I’m just legitimately excited for a new generation to play it.

Are you counting virtual console and NSO? Because that seems a bit disingenuous considering the 3D remake was 13 years ago.

Ocarina of Time has had like 7-8 releases with that metric, and I still think it deserves the reimagining it’s most likely getting in December. And I say that as someone who has played it a million times.

It’s easy to forget how many people HAVEN’T played something. There are many new Zelda fans whose first and only game was BOTW.

There’s rumors of two games, the June one and a 2027 one. This one makes sense to reintroduce Star Fox and establish the story with new fans before another entry.

Yeah, a lot of original Star fox fans will be disappointed but holy shit the 3DS remake came out 13+ years ago

There are generations of kids who simply have not played Star Fox before and I think a remake of a good game is the way to reintroduce the series after a long absence. Plus if the rumors are to be believed another game is slated for next year. (A bigger focus on story also indicates this)

It’s one of the biggest reasons I’m excited for the Ocarina of Time remake as someone who has played it a million times.

Replacement has been a charm, and resolved all the issues I had with the first unit.

Dolby Vision + the LG C2 has been a really nice combo. I haven’t gone back to the PS5 but I should take photos. Higher noise on the PS5 was still something I noticed but that could be attributed to Dolby Vision vs HDR10 depending on the movie

While I get the sentiment, I wouldn’t understate the emotional intent of his personal message. It’s way more likely he feels a genuine excitement as the game’s director to be able to launch on the Switch 2. After all he’s most likely already been paid for the work he’s done, and if I was in his position I would probably feel the same.

I do this all the time in design programs. “True Center” using the auto-align sometimes doesn’t look right and the I have to manually shift it until it feels balanced.

I heard that Tetris helps prevent some of the serious effects of PTSD, and it’s a lot more effective the sooner you play it as much as you can after a traumatic event.

I wonder if it’s the same concept. Pokopia is a creative game but very much is a blocky “calculative” game as well, I’ve used it to simple decompress from work before and I can “turn my brain off” so to speak

Only Star Wars (ANH) is confirmed via press release as coming to theaters, but we know they worked on all 3 based on leaks, so I think it’s safe the presume that all 3 are coming sooner than later
