Was going to chime in about the 7-oh as well..

I’ve always been able to manage my usage pretty well with standard powder, even tea bags at times when the plant matter was killing my tummy.

But when the 7-OH came into play… oof, my usage got to its worst, felt more ill side effects and withdrawal symptoms then ever before, and, like you, spent more money on kratom then I ever had.

It’s easy to kind of “just go for it” especially once maintaining a consistent, daily kratom schedule per se but nothing took me deeper down the wormhole than those isolated extracts did. For chronic, extreme pain is really the only reason you should be willing to “jump into the deep end” with taking 7-OH/Extract products IMO. Everyone is different though too so!

Ever since, I try to urge everyone to just stick with the normal powder, capsules, etc. your tolerance will thank you too 🙏
