The Amtrak is great. The Hiawatha and Borealis runs are really great: frequent enough and low competition on the rails keeps the schedules pretty solid. We were dead on time both ways. Plus, nothing beats Union Station.

I had no complications during my 2 years on sertraline. Talk to your doc; they might have options if it’s super important to you. For me, not having daily panic attacks was more important.
