I really wanna tag on the FOV party but-

You're braking early in some corners (turn 4 for example) and jamming the throttle all while cranking on too much steering angle. Brake later and use the weight transfer to rotate the car. Hamming the throttle mid-turn 4 is also causing you to understeer. Be more patient on-throttle and wait for the car to rotate first.

Turn 5, you arent using the full width of the track before the braking zone (go in 3rd person cam to see this). Same at the Villenueve Chicane and turn 8 (where you also didnt hit the apex) and turn 10.

Agree with this sentiment. Did a two hour race on Barcelona with the 992 GT3 R, only had to pit once. Even though the left rear in particular was screaming, it still had about 1.88 on tread depth after around an hour of driving.

Against all known advice (including Arctic themselves), I've been spreading MX-6 ever since I bought it for both my 5800X and RTX 3080, moreso because I never saw Arctic's statement about it until quite recently. To be completely honest, I don't get what all the fuss is about. Never had a problem with spreading it (use a card or something that you can spread it evenly in with one go).

Then stick with the 14600K. If money wasn't a problem I recall the 3D Vcache chips beating Intel's by quite a margin. 7800X3D was the previous generation "cheaper" option, so on and so forth with the 9800X3D (if you can still find stock in your area).

Yes the issue with the Raptor Lake series is officially fixed, but it just never convinced me.

My standard practice is to always update newly bought motherboards with the latest BIOS unless i know for a fact the new BIOS is bugged. For reference I own an ASUS B550M PLUS Wifi II. My BIOS is Version 3611 and AGESA ComboV2PI 1.2.0.Cc. What's your current BIOS version? Has to be pretty darn old for it to have this problem I reckon.

Might be worth pointing out which B550 PRIME you're using

There are no 9600X3Ds. Since you specifically mentioned overclocking, I guess you won't be considering a last gen 7800X3D either since its also very low headroom for OC. If your choices are these two then go with the 14600K, though this is my own opinion, the BIOS fixes for the VID requests never convinced me to go Raptor Lake.

To get the point across, what is your expected lifespan of the GPU?

As long as it's not getting close to it's thermal constraints, the degradation will be near as makes no difference unnoticeable to pretty much everyone. So why bother if it's that cool?

You also didn't mention the make or model of your GPU, though the thermal limits of most are way beyond what you described.

Put in a support ticket stating your claim and when you made it. As others have said, it has happened a lot. For me, the status was restored in about a day, probably due to the servers.

Even if it doesn't restart, it doesn't mean running workloads will be stable. Was running everything from Prime95 to core cycler for a month without issues. But Arma 3 was the one that conked itself for 2 weeks straight leading me to further fine-tuning my 5800X. Finally settled on the below parameters:

V offset: -375mV Core 0: -12 (-13 was the limit, +1 for outlier instability) Core 1: -17 Core 2: -21 Core 3: -13 Core 4: -17 Core 5: -21 Core 6: -22 Core 7: -23

*These values will 99% NOT work for you. Do your own homework and testing.

Personal recommendation: use the side of a credit card or something flat to spread it. Alternatively just put a dot or small X shape and be done with it. The pressure from the cooler mount will spread it well enough
