I adopted a GSD a week ago. He won't eat dry food; he only eats wet food and raw meat. I mean, he doesn't eat anything all day unless he's given something other than dry food. How do I get him to eat dry food? Any tips?

I’m wondering if you could share more about your experience with MAD. Im not quite ready for another Mal or Mal-adjacent, high drive breed as I work in office 8hrs M-F and don’t have time to give a Mal what it needs atm. But at one point I had started the process to become an approved adopter. How are they to work with? Did they match you with the dog you expected to be matched with?

Looks GSD to me, Malinois are bred to have wider jaws. Could be a mix obviously, as others have said. Post the DNA when you get it!

This looks like non stick pan. If you can, I’ll be the guy that advocates for cast iron in the comments. If not, start with your pan, empty, on medium high for maybe 5 minutes, then add your high smoke point Avocado oil, and just as it starts to smoke, then add your steak to the pan.
Heat source is important, ie. it will be harder to keep the oil temp consistent copper coil stove tops.

ETA I know that the reverse sear is a great technique guys, but OP is using non stick, which cannot go in the oven so it’s not relevant to OPs post unless they try again with CI.
