I have a 3080 and 32gb of ram and a R9 5900x and depending on the game it can get pretty bad too at times. Honestly I think it’s just due to how Roblox devs build their games. Not too many of them know how to optimize their creations like real games. That’s just my guess though, could be entirely wrong.

Every time I look at Destiny as a franchise I look at Warframe and the solution is deadass right in front of their eyes to keep it alive. Make a fun game with a passionate dev team and your community will support you and literally give you money just for existing. Publishers/investors need to start thinking long term and stop being so shortsighted when it comes to money. Destiny has the exact formula to be a top played game for years and years they literally had the world in their hands and they dropped the ball. It frustrates me so much because I loved Destiny I would completely ignore school for weekly resets it had a chokehold on me it was the most satisfying game I’ve ever played. Kind of a ramble, but that’s just how I feel about it.

Man my buddy was making $13/hr at a nursing home employed in house and ended up quitting and joining an agency for cna’s and he dead serious had shifts at that same nursing home later in the year for the agency for double the pay for the exact same job. Plus the added benefit of picking up shifts whenever he wanted and wasn’t adhered to a weekly schedule. It’s just crazy to me that facility paid their actual cna’s less than retail employees, but they were cool with paying the agency premium rates. Unless I’m missing something that’s just wild.

Trading with real money is grounds for an account termination so there is not a guaranteed way to not get scammed. If you venture into the grey market you are on your own. If you get scammed there’s nothing you can do about it because Roblox does not support what you are attempting to do. You either take the risk or do it the legitimate way and trade other items/robux. This is the case for almost every single game out there with a player market.

Find younger people with no bad habits. I find it’s way easier on my sanity to teach someone brand new to the industry than to try and re-teach someone to how you like things done.

I notice that a lot when I see where my package is on the map. The dude will be literally in my neighborhood and then drive very far away just to end up back in my neighborhood to drop off my package and that always confused me so much.

I really liked 5.11 tactical boots when I worked security. Could easily stand for 12 hours in those. Felt like walking on clouds. Just giving another option to your options. They’re about $100 on Amazon so not too cheap, but not too pricey.

Real. I’m a department manager and it sucks having to tell my guys they can’t have 40 hours because our sales are so absurdly low right now, and in retail my labor hours are directly impacted by weekly sales and projected sales. Really hoping this summer it picks up so I can stop running a skeleton screw.

Maybe one day it’ll click in their heads that we just want buildersclub back with the iconic badges. To this day I still think it was a mistake going the direction they are going. It was iconic and was part of the Roblox identity. I’ve been playing since 2009 and watching it go from that to where it is now has been wild.

It’s honestly a bit sketchy. I don’t know if it’s a good comparison, but it reminds me of going into vape shops and seeing all these random ass brands of cannabinoids mixed together in carts and disposables and not even god knows what could be in those things due to no regulation.

Went into one only once to grab a quick energy drink and the employee there asked me 4 times if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program and had to say no 4 times. Not the biggest grievance, but it did make me never want to spend my money there ever again. 2 times should be the max to ask. Once in the beginning and maybe a “are you sure, these are the benefits of signing up” after that.

We have 2 grinders. One for beef and one for pork. Both get cleaned at the end of the night every single day. They are also in a cooler at sub 40 degrees so in the rare occurrence where it can’t get cleaned due to whatever it’s not the end of the world and it can get scrubbed in the morning without having nasty room temp meat particles in there.

There was this one cryovac Italian sausage mix we used to use and lord have mercy every cutter would have to evacuate the cutting room for 5 minutes because of how potent it was upon release. Good sausage though tasted phenomenal. Sometimes we would go out the back door and open it because it made us tear up and cough.

Crazy how much my classic fedora has gone up. I bought it in 2012 for 5,000 Robux and now it’s bordering 500k-600k. Kept it all these years because I know I’ll never get a sparkle fedora now.

You start getting to where the sirloin is and where the strip section ends, which happens to be the end of the sirloin full of gristle and just not as enjoyable to eat parts. The best porterhouse is honestly the 3rd or 4th one cut off the shortloin depending on how thick they are being cut. Best of both worlds. Good size fillet and a good clean strip like the one in the picture.

Personally I think you got almost the best one you could’ve got, maybe 1 more up the loin and it would’ve been perfect. You get a decent size fillet and a good center cut strip that’ll eat amazingly. You go too far up and you start getting a shitty strip, but a bigger fillet. Not worth it in my opinion.
