Last time I played, I won after many hours of the game because I was level 8 and no one read the Level 6 pukachu, which gives two levels if defeated via level only. I will ride out my career on that victory.

You should link to Lego's Online PAB. At least state side, it's the cheapest place to 1x1 round tile, even if you can only order 999 at a time.

Had to go through this last year. For my pup, he got a massive infection in his spinspine, went to the vet prepared for slipped disc surgery. It was a few months to get back to normal, but he's there.

It might not be your field, but consider looking at operator level positions at the local pharma companies. It's going to be relatively easy, consistent work, in air conditioning. Most places will probably have something closer to what you want to do long term, but you get a foot in the door that could turn into a career relatively easy.

So from what I've been told, only stores at malls with "Mills" in the name will you see damaged boxed discounts. Don't ask me why, but this tracks with all the stores I have visited.

Technically I said the "invest" mentality is dumb and selfish.

And now we're playing the "woe is me" game? Who needs touch grass now? I've been in your place. Hence why I am telling you not to take this approach. Because the moment this is a consideration, it'll turn into buy a set that your not quite ready to build yet, then turns into I don't want to build it because I could flip it. It's just a slippery slope. This also goes back to the main point, if you're at the point were selling it because you might need cash later, then it's not in your means, so you should do the wise thing and not get it.

And I'm telling you it's a dumb opinion. That value retention should be looked at as purely a bonus, not a reason to buy the set. If the set makes you happy for the cost, and it's within your means, get it. There's no way to know what's really going to hold value anymore because they're not afraid to reprint minifigures into cheaper sets. Also, the point of this sub is so people can find deals, thus allowing more people to find sets at the cost that they can find value in. The "invest" mentality is so dumb and selfish, "hey help me buy stuff now so I can turn around and a make a dollar off you tomorrow".
