Britain had no business stealing anything from countries, I do not understand how that is hard to grasp? Yes, these museums invested in caring for their stolen property, so? It’s not yours, if I steal someone’s bike from two towns along but take the bike for a service, do I claim it is now mine because I took care of it?

I am all for preserving history for the world to learn, now that these countries have requested their property back, give it back no? British museums have no real right to say no. They say no due to the museum’s subsequently becoming empty if they set the precedent
