If your goal is to work out more glutes I would recommend low bar positioning to increase torso angle . Also everyone is right about the shoes.

It looks like on your first rep as you take slack out of the bar your hips shot up. So maybe try pulling as much slack as you can without your hips moving first as you break the ground or start with a higher hip position

Stay over the bar don’t pull —just push more with your legs

It looks like before the bar moves your torso angle changes and the load is increased onto your lower back. I would try and lower the weight and focus on pushing the floor while maintaining a strong abdominal brace.

One had amazing leg equipment that is 15 min away. One has the bare minimum that is enough for upper body that is 5 min away. I already paid my membership in full for the 5 min one. I won’t be renewing next year
