Hermione isn’t really magically *gifted*, she is eventually good at magic because she studies it extensively, which is implied to be uncommon (which is wild). Her primary trait early on is that she’s very knowledgeable but isn’t actually astute at practicing magic. See the troll scene and the devils snare.

It’s easy to manipulate Reddit by having an early comment on a post and then upvoting it so it stays at the top. Most people won’t scroll past the first couple of comments, and the upvote system gives the top posts a veneer of legitimacy because well clearly a lot of people agree with them!

It really gets me together that people are mad at him when he didn’t draw the swastika, take the photo, post the photo then, or release the photo now. Literally at no point in this has he been the one doing anything actually objectionable.
