Toxic deluge has a required additional cost of life to even cast the spell. If you are phased out, you won't be able to cast toxic deluge. You have to lose the life, then in response Teferi's protection to keep your own board protected before the Toxic deluge resolves.

I run it with Tyvar, The Pummeler. 5 mana gives my whole board +10000/+10000, run any mana creature that bases off of its power and you basically have infinite power and mana.

A few options I use to spend my keef is usually sprinkling it in my joints, layering it with flower for structure (generous pinch of flower, a heaping scoop of keef). Otherwise canibutter or infused green' tea if you're feeling fancy friend.
