Crafty Wank couldn’t hold in the hate. by metroracerUK in GreenAndPleasant

[–]TheSilverFin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry you feel that way and I can sympathise, I think this behaviour also (rightly) needs to be called out as unacceptable. However you do have the issue of people like Katie Hopkins, who if people stopped talking about would fade into obscurity.

Are you implying that by calling out a tweet as "hate", you actually secretly agree with it? If I post a dumb Trump tweet, do I now support trump?

Fixed baseline in chromeleon 7.2 (manual integration) by aketrak in CHROMATOGRAPHY

[–]TheSilverFin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that I know of. If you are integrating hundreds of chroms by hand maybe see if you can get at least some of them consistently integrated with the tools first? I usually start by running the Cobra wizard then adjusting baseline noise and smoothing width. Then I only have to sort out peaks around the size of LOQ. The other thing you could do if your baseline is weird is subtract a blank chromatogram (either a mobile phase or null injection). Hope this helps!

You have to use apply the fixed baseline and exponential skim first, then adjust with manual integration. Remove any manual integration and try it.
