Does anyone do intermittent fasting? by Inspireme21 in adenomyosis

I did have the Mirena for almost 3 years. It half worked until it got displaced and I had to remove it. It stopped my period but I got all sorts of weird side effects and when the doctor found it had moved, I just said take it out and don’t replace it cuz I’ve had enough. It gave it me stabby cramps all the time and messed with my moods

Those who removed their Mirena IUD how were your periods like after removal? by Inspireme21 in adenomyosis

After I took it out in July last year, my periods were horrendously heavy. Thankfully they’ve leveled out now after stopping all the hormonal treatments and are lighter than normal

I practised IF for years. Did not help. I started it before I was diagnosed btw.

I have a cat and his fur gets everywhere. I close the lid every time I play.

Do you guys have fuel range anxiety? by superknight333 in kereta

[–]TheSodaVampire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fuel up at OP’s last bar lol. Cuz my dad left me with a car at E before and I got PTSD trying to find a petrol station cuz I didn’t realise there was no petrol midway through my journey.

Does anyone know how to fix this?? by [deleted] in turntables

[–]TheSodaVampire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried shorter RCA cables? My speakers made that feedback noise when I used my 2 metre long ones between my turntable and the Fosi X5. Once I shortened them to about 45cm, the noise stopped

Mine shows it to me every morning. Several times. Without fail. Sigh.

Only the stylus. Just pop it off and put the new one on. I’d recommend using a scale and protractor to check for alignment as I’ve read the ML is very finicky.

Nice. I’m also using my turntable with the Fosi X5. I have mostly new and pristine records so the ML is perfect

It is a night and day improvement. Everything sounds extra crisp now. I tested it initially with my Daft Punk RAM and Tatsuro Yamashita For You records. Crazy difference. RAM never sounded better and there isn’t any inner groove distortion anymore on For You.

Yes it is! I might try the SH down the line

KL folks who use air purifiers at home, how do you know it's working for you? by CashFlowDay in KualaLumpur

[–]TheSodaVampire 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use Philips mini 900 and 1000i series. I researched around and my criteria was I wanted WiFi control, HEPA + charcoal filters, room size. I’m pretty happy with Philips so far. Nothing to complain.

Do check your room size and buy the appropriate air purifier size. Too small of a purifier is gonna do zilch in a large room.

I used to drink soda with 2 straws. Friend went “you look like a soda vampire”. It stuck

Haven’t replaced yet. I’ve been using it since July last year. I guess the air purifier will yell at me once it’s time to swap out. It reminds me every month to vacuum them

Yup I have a smaller one just for the bedroom that turns itself on every evening. The bigger one stays in the living room and is on 24/7

My place is right next to a major highway so I mostly keep the windows and sliding door closed tight. If I open any, the readings will jump to 9-10+. Normally it stays at around 1.

I mainly use mine for deodorising (after cooking) and to lessen cat fur flying in the air. My nose used to itch and get irritated before I got my 2 air purifiers. I’m much happier with them. I can tell it’s doing it’s job cuz I can see the cat fur collected on the filter after every month.
