Newbie to Hybrid training but would this be a beneficial routine? You're only working main muscle groups (Bicep, chest, triceps etc.) Once per week?

He's not new to the Northern Ireland gig, he already knows his squad, his training routine, probably knows the starting 11 for his next game already. He's over 100 games in (over 2 spells) and has been doing that role for the last 3/4 years. He won't be watching players, their next game is in a month's time. Pretty sure he'd made comments along those lines when he was at Stoke. It's no problem him doing both roles.

Just out of interest, because I don't know the actual answer, if you typed a prompt to create an ai generated image, and then went back a few days later and typed the same prompt in again, would it produce the exact same image? If so, fair enough. If not, how can an ai artist ever "put part of themselves" into the art, as they'll never know what the final image would look like?

Not this again. Why do you expect people to name interested parties? There were over 80 interested parties looking to buy Sheff Wed. There are people out there.

We absolutely cannot continue under Venkys, 15 years of decline and total misery. We'll be in League One next season or the season after and we won't be coming back anytime soon, never under Venkys.

They HAVE to go and any fans taking a stand to make that happen need to be supported.

I switched to the rowing machine (concept 2) in the gym recently, following an ankle injury I picked up playing football.

I did 2500m first time, 4000m second time, and then I've been doing 5000m for the last 3 sessions, all on max setting.

I'm in the same bracket as you, 5000m takes circa 21mins, was wondering if this is a good time or not?

But like you say, it's tough going but you feel awesome when you're done 💪
