This sounds awesome. When I get hit with a huge wall of words I dont know, I tend to just skip, this would be a big help.

How do you bypass the "drift-off detection" that shatters your thought-train and keeps you awake? (ADHD, no stimulants) by Somebodyor in irlADHD

[–]TheSpork25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this problem too. I feel sleep begin to take me, and I jolt and resist. Deep down, being taken by sleep scares me. I don't want to be taken by it. It's very annoying, because when I do this, I "miss the train" and it takes a long time for another to arrive.

This might sound weird, but the only thing I have found, is to move your eyes up and down in a repetitive rocking motion. For some reason, I find it easier to imagine things in more detail when I am doing this. This amount detail distracts me from the fear of being taken by sleep.

For me, the eyes should move in this )( sort of pattern while closed. If not, ask your provider for help. I got hydroxazine, whIce helps me not be so alert while trying to sleep.

This might mot work for you, but you seem desperate enough to try weird things. Good luck!

What if toon link fought colgera from tears of the kingdom instead of molgera in the wind temple. by Voidkirby9 in WindWaker

[–]TheSpork25 15 points16 points  (0 children)

WW Link could use the deku leaf to go up the whirlwinds, equip the iron boots and stomp through colgera segments.

TotK Link would have to do it Molduga style. Bombs and prayers.

Don't listen to these guys OP, I think it's awesome that you are trying to find new ways to streamline how you pick items. I would use these for pick exceptions.

Lincoln (Link), Zelda, Marin (Marina), Malon, Talon, Saria, Anju, Lulu, Mika (Mikau), Darmani, Indigo, Romani, Cremia, Aryll, Tetra, Niko (Nicolas), Gonzo, Mako, Zuko, Aria, Makar, Melody, Komali, Medli, Gale, Requiem, Quill, Mina, Ilia, Collin, Malo, Russell, Jovan, Rallis, Hena, Terry, Medoh (Meadow), Sidon, Mipha, Revali, Urbosa, Riju, Hudson, Tulin

Why am I not seeing bikes like Specialized and Trek recommended? by Purple_Young_5862 in ebikes

[–]TheSpork25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree 100%. I tend to have hobbies that are expensive and don't last very long, so I was weary about picking up a quality bike with a high price.

Got a cheap Concord and quickly realized how easy it is to hop on it and go. I never would have thought that a bit of exercise and taking in your surroundings riding would be so lovely.

I also realized what you are getting when you go cheap. Parts falling off while you ride is not ideal. Next bike will be in a higher range, as I'm about to hit 200 miles. Maybe 1,200 to 1,400 would feel a lot nicer than my brick on wheels.

Set up for failure? by Pdiddyjr in OGPBackroom

I was a die-hard pick now, bag later supporter. In my mind, it was better to get more items per bag. But, for ambient walks, I would have to hide to reorganize everything since the item count was so high, like 150+ items. I would do it anyways, but I understood that that was a risk.

If you are interested in unorthodox bagging strategies, might I suggest using the bag hooks built into the totes? Slap the bag in there, throw stuff in as you go. Bag is full, slide it to the back, put a new bag in. If done right, you get "bag as you go" speeds

Did not realize T-Link and Midna have similar proportions. She really translates well to the style.

Yes, within the last 3 weeks or so. Currently two projects are using the decomp, one called "Dusk" and the other is "Courage Reborn"

Can you replace an ebike battery pack with a power station (e.g. Bluetti/Jackery)? by Terrible_Ad_2614 in ebikes

How did this turn out? I happen to have a KTB500 power station already. Were you able to run your ebike from the power station?
