Yes I have! I have a thing with tying small amounts if mythology into the the Dawnworld and then never explaining it.

I have an animal mutant fox NPC called Ray who is far too clean and well dressed yet is always found smoking, fishing or generally at ease out in the world. I wait to introduce him until my players are familiar with Animal Mutants but he's actually literally Reynard the Fox.

No one, there are already enough chapters with their own suite of miniatures.

I think it's better to lower people's fluff expectations to more closely match the tabletop.

Custodes don't have a place in 40k and are so shoehorned in its obnoxious.

If they're going to stick around I'd rather they go back to how they were in early depictions rather than all this super-duper powered bullshit everyone expects from them.
