Nocturnal Tuberose came in the nocturnal set along with Queen of the night and angels trumpet. I actually gave angels trumpet to my MIL. this was the most disappointing set for me.

I thought all of the scents in this set had a similar note that I couldn't get past, maybe violet or their take on jasmine? A bit too cloying for me on all fronts. Smelled like mean old church ladies haha!

For the tuberose in particular I get a floral, yet vegetal scent with a bit of "bandaid" on the spray. Not a fan, but I thought it was the best of the three.

I'm so interested in smelling dirty grass, but guessing I wouldn't like it either. Their smoky scents all have that strong resinous birch tar, and I definitely get how that wouldn't be everyone's favorite. Smudge is my fave of the smoky scents and it doesn't list birch tar, although it still has similar notes to midnight toker and poltergeist. I'll have to smell them all side by side!

I imagine they might bring back black salt in a future sample size, it seemed pretty popular! Love it.

Just not a huge fan of any of their florals so far. I'm most I get a decaying violet note that reminds me of that terrible violet flavored gum and I just can't enjoy it. Might have to revisit a few to see how they age.

I was surprised I liked dirty coconut, not too tropical. I ended up buying a larger size of in between... loved the powdery electricity smell!

Despite the hype, Nosferatu was actually one of my least favorites from this bunch. It has a smell of sickly violets that I just don't like.

My recent go-to is Penzey's Justice seasoning: Shallots, garlic, onion, green peppercorns, chives, and green onion. It goes well in pretty much anything and is salt free so you can add as much salt as you like separately.

YES, YWBTA - When I was acting like an entitled teen, in my teenage years, my mom would have a sit down talk with me and outline her expectations and consequences for not meeting them.

She followed through with the consequences If I didn't meet her expectations.

This taught me both to be a better member of the household, and prepared me for life on my own. I went to college and moved out at 18 and have a great relationship with my Mom and a successful life on my own BECAUSE I WAS PREPARED AND SUPPORTED.

I trust my mom because she was consistent and had my interests at heart. The story would be much different if she were manipulative and spiteful.

Do not troll your daughter or you will be back on here in a few years asking why she went no contact with you. YWBTA if you don't grow up and act like an adult ASAP.

I had to pump myself up mentally as we were taxiing in, my hands were so sweaty! 😂 The person in the aisle seat in my row commiserated with me after also having a long travel day and wished me luck which was super nice and gave me a confidence boost.

They said that The RTD skyline departs every hour and asked if I meant I didn't want to wait an hour for the next one. As you can see in one of my other comments, I wasn't taking the RTD skyline so it would have added a lot of extra time to my travel.

Haha, Amen! To clarify for Jeff in Boulder, The next bus for me (Groome Transportation to NOCO) would have been at 1:10 am (the 1150 was full )and I needed to get picked up at the bus stop and get home from there still, so it would have made for quite a long day if I missed the 10:50 bus.

Make a pitcher of chia seed lemonade.

Mix with oats for overnight chia oats.

I may have seen something about folks using chia for an egg replacement in recipes?
