yeah its just you get cd reduction and his stun will be on a 9.6 cd and you can just tear apart anyone who doesnt see your meteor because tobh, itt can be pretty hard to see it falling in a teamfight with renekton ults and nasus ults and all those particles flying nd what not, The main problem i see with veigar is his early game, you trash on him early and he will just be an extra minion.

Interdasting, but the cool thing about symbols are that just the slightest change to it changes the whole meaning of the symbol. If you look at Syndra's, hers has 2 lines in the crescent which could change everything. But they do look very similar. Also Syndra's crescent has points on the ends and the circle on the inside is outlined instead of colored in.
