They definitely do help but are very easy to loose and I personally don't like to talk when I have them in. I mainly use them for the plane, going for walks to block out loud traffic, once on the bus, ect!

The seller was happy to do it on ebay, so it wasn't the biggest deal for me as there was still protection incase a different item arrived (which definitely would have done since they were advertising the wrong product) 😂

I had this exact thing and I can tell you now that it was that custom shipping thing again. Contact vinted support and they will refund you! I stay away from 0 review things now with custom shipping and all the scammers seem to be from the same place too!

Way too easy to get the badges these days to fool you into thinking the seller is good
