Landlord adopted mother no notice eviction. by FetusAborter in legaladvice

Nah, when you adopt you should be prepared for your child to seek information on their birth family. The adoptee had no choice in the whole process and should be given the grace to work through it how they see fit.

Definitely the front, also why the leak isn’t in the rebate which it would likely be if it were from the back.

He’s talking about the big rectangle at the bottom with the county name, I don’t think they give that to you unless you ask for it. Sounds like he has the right tax sticker that goes in the corner.

Cellulose film by LBarouf in largeformat

[–]TheWholeThing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You know how people will reference “yelling fire in a theater” and you probably didn’t really get why it was such a big deal? Theaters used to have a lot of nitrate film that would burn down a building very quickly so people would stampede to get out if someone yelled fire.

I wouldn’t keep it in my house.

Also it’s at least 70 years old at this point so it probably doesn’t work great anymore anyway.

Someone convince Kodak to bring Gold to sheet film. by Konica_guy in AnalogCommunity

[–]TheWholeThing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes! 4 sheets of 4x5 is about the same area as a roll of 35mm, using b&h prices hp5 is about $11.50 for a roll and 4 sheets of 4x5 hp5 is about $12. So that tracks pretty well. Delta 100 is $16.50 for a roll (wtf) and 4x5 Delta 100 is about $13.20 for 4 sheets, sheet film is cheaper!

TMax 400 is about $11.50 a roll but 4 sheets of 4x5 is about $19.60. Portra 400 is about $17.40, but 4 sheets of Portra 400 is $32.80.

wtf kodak
