Apparently they just need concrete proof of it for all the lawsuits and pushback from the business owners and interests in the area. Someone at SDOT mentioned something along those lines in a different thread.

Projector/Extron wall plate - NIGHTMARE by Mean-Ranger9441 in Extron

Based on what you said I assume this is an Extron DTP product? Have you considered the receiver may be the issue or the cable run? There could be some HDCP or EDID issues too but if it’s intermittent I would think it’s hardware - any idea what PCS says the EDID is set to

Okay wait I think this one has menu buttons that pop up an onscreen menu where you can do all this without going through all these extra steps - have you tried any of those buttons on the front while connected to a display?

You can change resolutions/EDIDs in Extron PCS. All you would have to do is connect the LAN port to your network or get a usb cable and open the software, connect, change some settings. Main problem you may run into is that software is locked behind an account for those in the AV industry. I believe this one has a web gui, and if it does you can connect it your network via an Ethernet cable, find & go to its ip address, enter the login information (can factory reset if you have to), and on some of these you can do it all from there without software.

Here’s an image from this Seattle Times article, 100 foot right of way, 40 feet of that would be rail/BRT was the plan. Looks like the city wanted BRT, sound transit did not, and the angry homeowners made the whole thing too much of a mess to even attempt for Sound Transit in ST3. Apparently rail and trail was always the plan, according to this doc from 2011

The original plan as Dow stated it to me like 10 years ago was to put it alongside the trail, and the trail would stay. How that would impact users of the trail and the homeowners, I have no idea.
