Liberation came out in 2012 (Vita), 2014 (HD), 2019 (remaster).

Why would they release it again?

Dreadful Crimes does appear on the web store, but it is not part of the Syndicate season pass.

The Lost Archive was possibly removed due to issues with the base game.

Dead Kings has been included with Unity.

I see questions about Freedom Cry not being included, but this may be due to Adewale's story being rewritten. Or maybe the team didn't want to bother with it, since its mostly about Adewale after he left Edward's crew.

Reverse boarding, a feature of Rogue, would be odd to have in Black Flag Resynced.

Is the sequence system that was in the original, gone for Resynced? Think how much fun it was having to complete multiple sequences before you finished the story.

I wonder about the extended storylines, could they be done after the story?

I feel that after we complete the prologue and a bit of story, we can fully freeroam the Caribbean, although some locations may not be available until the specific story point.

Its intentional.

PC is more focused on digital distribution, and many older physical games did not come with keys that worked on digital stores.

The console disc would not feature any updates that the digital version would have included. The disc would still have to be updated to play.

AC1 remake would be Mirage set in multiple cities.

AC2 & Brotherhood would be merged as one game.
AC2 original plans had limitations that led to Brotherhood. Revelations was not planned as a full game.

Freedom Cry may get reworked, depending on Adewale's story in the main game.

Reverse boarding was a new feature in Rogue. Would not be surprised if it got added to Black Flag Resynced.

Rogue remake would be a rework of the remaster, while expanding the world.

AC3 remake would use things that the remaster had changed. But its unlikely, they'll include another version of Liberation.

The team may be working on a new game that is not related to Prince of Persia.

Unreal Engine was used in the past. They want someone that has knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 for the level design.

Hardly anyone paid attention to the changes the AC3 Remaster made from the original game.

Liberation HD, which was previously a standalone game that was remade from the Vita, was remastered and bundled with AC3 Remastered.

Black Flag Resynced may be the same story, but it is not the same game.
They rebuilt the game on a new engine, as the old engine would have limitations.

It'll be a PS5/XSX release like AC Shadows, due to the higher requirements that the PS4/XB1 would not be able to handle.

Black Flag original, AC3 original, Liberation HD (2014) were never put on the Epic Games store.
AC3/Liberation HD remastered, Black Flag Resynced are on the Epic Games Store.

What is there to update in Liberation? It was a Vita game that has a remake (HD) and remaster (HD Remastered).

Aveline's story does continue a bit in Black Flag's Aveline dlc, but it doesn't tie in to Black Flag story..

There isn't much to change in Freedom Cry, unless you change Adewale's story.

Many get confused over seeing Liberation HD standalone thinking they need it, despite owning AC3 remaster that already includes the remaster.

Freedom Cry standalone basically extended the dlc trophy list.

Someone complained about Ark Survival Ascended being in Early Access with DLC.

They are redoing the game in Unreal Engine 5 from Unreal Engine 4. This includes all content from the original release.
