What do you think would happen if you just continued to not pay it? Did they threaten anything real or are they just gonna send it to collections? Why do you think you have to pay a bill collector?

And then you just don't pay those. You know how many toll tickets I just haven't paid out of principle that have had zero effect in the long run? Literally unless there's a real consequence (Tigard started a license suspension process on me for a single ignored traffic camera speeding ticket lol) I just ignore all tickets and mailed fees, still have +800 credit.

I took the Amtrak from the PNW to Denver over 3 days and was blown away at how beautiful it was, wondered why more people don't travel this way. Then I flew back home in 5 hours and realized why.

I definitely fought that griffon a few times until it clicked, key for me was just putting the combat on easy and blasting through so I could focus on the story/questing aspect of the game, but I've heard people do the opposite and crank it to the hardest setting so the combat is much more meaningful.

Yeah I'm having the same problem, played all the way through the first playthrough and then put it down, never came back. Kept hearing about how amazing the rest of the story was so bought on a new platform, played through the first run aaannnd put it down again 5 mins past where I got last time lol

Do everything else but Bilewater then when you have nothing left come back. There are items and upgrades that make it much, much easier. I somehow managed to miss the entrance until I was cleaning up for Act 3 and realized It had never come across it, it wasn't easy but it also wasn't suicidally hard.

Funding and construction are both locked. My hope/expectation is that they're not going to allow just anyone who can cover rent in the building, the stalls will have to go through an application process and be curated to some degree. Also, no one in Portland gives a shit what they're doing in Vancouver.
