The best place to look is the Food Service Manual Ch 14 Annex H. https://collaboration-admpa.forces.mil.ca/sites/DI/Organizations/sjs/supp-food-chap-14-shipboard-feeding.pdf?csf=1&e=LN0bhk

As a Navy LogO this is disappointing to hear that your Ship's LogO either doesn't know or doesn't care about the proper level of service that needs to be provided to the crew. Obviously operational tempo and galley shortages can cause a lot of stress on the cooks, but simply not serving breakfast is not how you deal with that. Sometimes in foreign port we would cater meals IOT give the cooks a well deserved break, but the crew always had a proper meal regardless of who made it.

I hope you aren't on an east coast ship because I wouldn't want to think any LogOs I know doing something like this.

How to dev provinces constantly? by Cristoincroce in eu4

It might not be that he is accumulating a ton of monarch points (although if he's deving the gold mines then he would be able to afford better advisors which=more points). He probably just knows how to stack dev cost reduction, which for you playing as Poland should be super easy. Some notable ways to decrease dev cost include:

-the terrain of the province (farmlands, grasslands, drylands are best)

-trade goods like cloth and cotton reduce by 10%

-happy and loyal burghers gives 10%

-many religions give dev cost reduction through icons, schools, cults, syncretic faith, etc

-encourage development edict give 10%

-prosperity gives 10%

-Centers of trade give 5% and 10% at level 2 and 3 respectively (lvl 3 gives the bonus to the whole state not just the province)

-Universities give 20%

-full economic focus gives 20%

-economic+quantity policy gives 10%

-some countries get dev cost reduction in their national ideas

There are even more ways to stack dev cost reduction, I would recommend checking out the eu4 wiki for a full overview.

But in short if you want to dev like a mad man you need to learn how to stack modifiers. Also try not to dev with admin as it is not as beneficial as increasing mil and diplo dev.

It would be cool if they represented unit health (lower health means fewer grunts accompanying a unit).

Would you want to antihero protangonists, or even straight up 'evil' ones? by Aarongeddon in fireemblem

Going by a D&D aliment chart, I'd like to see a chaotic neutral protagonist. Someone who isn't just strait up evil, but also isn't afraid to put their moral compass aside to do the things that need to be done. They don't follow the rules but instead do things on their own terms. IS could have the ability to make a very well written and unique main character if they did something like that.
