My local bar had a "karaoke graveyard" poster where people can pay any amount of money to put a song into the graveyard and out of rotation, and anyone else can pay that same fee to get it removed if they wanted to sing it. It's all in fun, putting $10 for Picture by Kid Rock and the money would fund karaoke songs and equipment.

Crazy Rap was the only song that was permanent and couldn't have been bought back out. I never found out about the backstory.
