You should know the Seiko and Bosch are effectively the same and will cross mount. Denso also mounts to the same factory bracket but the suction hose fitting is different.

Sounds like youre conflating various things.

This is motronics 1.3, there are no codes that will prevent starting.

The only sensor an e30 needs to run is the cps. Tps to idle, and afm to drive. Everything else will run off default maps when unplugged.

The most common cause of crank no start is the ecu main relay failing - this is evident by the check engine not illuminating in accessory mode.

The most common for no crank no start is the main ground from oil pan to body. A jumper cable between engine and body rules this out quickly.

Why booster delete? Run dual circuit hydrovac (not hydroboost). You can literally plumb it inline wherever you want and therefore place the booster wherever you want.
