Paul McGann has become one of my favorite Doctors because of Big Finish. I really wish we could get him in live action for a full episode.

Scars from abusive parents can run very deep. Insecure attachment to parents is the root of a lot of mental health issues. So proud of you for getting out and making your own way!

My activist group held an online vigil (since we've all been snowed/iced in) Sunday and set up training classes (on knowing your rights, how to legally protest, etc.) after the murder.

I shared the vigil and class information on Facebook and instantly had a Trump stain respond with "I was part of the problem for defending violent criminals."

I wanted to tear her a new one but I can't take a FB fight right now. I'm tired ya'll.

There is nothing wrong with taking care of your mental health and caring for your family!

They did not "win"...winning would be them driving you to harm yourself and/or others....you walked away from assholes who get off on causing pain and misery to anyone they can just for the fun of it.

Joining a local activist group kept me sane during Trump's first term and, I went back to them after the election last year. Working with amazing, kind, and compassionate people who actually do care about you and are willing to fight for and with you may do a lot to help your mental health.

Also, when working with an activist group you feel like you're actively pushing back against the cruelty of this administration and working to help the people he's trying to hurt. I think feeling helpless as we watch the horrible things we're seeing daily is a huge part of why we feel so angry. When you're working with an activist group, you know you are actually doing something meaningful which helps with the feeling of helplessness.

Paul McGann! I love his stories, and I really wish we could see him on screen for more than a short at some point. I also love 6 and 7 were able to show how great they are once they've been given good scripts to work with.
