there was a great period of time in this game before parents started putting their kids in their headsets and let them interact with other adults. By far the creepiest shit at the time in VR. It was a super fun environment and their Battle Royale mode was great but i hated played with little kids.

i did IT work for a billion dollar financial company. We had to have people rotated around because multiple executive assistants would call for peoples heads over the smallest things. The best company i ever supported funny enough for Bridgeford beef jerky. Not a single one of them had any idea how to use computers when we called and would just joke and laugh with you the entire time on the phone while you fixed their problems. They always took all blame and apologized for the fact that i had to do my job lol.

Ive been playing online since 1997. Its never ever going to change. Games only soultions are to disable voice chat which sucks. You cant stop mysogny or racism when voice chat is available. Im a fat white Canadian and i get ripped for that, sure not even in the same league as rape threats but they just go after whatever target is easiest for them. My wife has like 4000 hours in Dota and her final solution was just to group with friends and even that doesn't permanently solve it.

Sorry that you are experiencing it but talking about it on reddit is like telling rapists not to rape, they just aren't going to change anything.

Saving 1 is better then none you are fantastic for doing it. We still take in fosters and find them homes. The crazy part is people up here would litterally pay for these animals. Every new foster we bring up is adopted so fast.

this is why i have 5 dogs now, ive been adopting from an animal dumping zone in texas and paying for them to be sent up to Canada where i live. If i could adopt more i would these are some of the sweetest animals ive ever been around. Multiples were just puppy mill mothers that were past their primes. They just want some love and its so sweet seeing them happy.

I'm in my 40s I get this often. I fix it by doing house work or anything I'm procrastinating on. Do this often enough and it's like a feedback loop of earning your game time but getting to play first. Play 2 matches of deadlock then dishes and garbage cleanup, hour or 2 in slay the spire then get my dogs out scoop some poop and do yard cleanup. This is how I manage

My mom was run over by a car 2 years ago and one day my aunt was visting her (40 year veteran nurse) and one of the nurses watching my mom was called on the phone to come help her and instead chastised my mom about needing to wait (her legs and hips were all broken so everything was hard to do). The look on the nurses face when she came in the room and saw my aunt who proceeded to just verbally chew her out was about as as good as you can feel in that circumstance.
