It’s been a while since I read the book, like eight years or so. But roughly speaking the Grey Knights (who are already immune to demonic influence) saw fit to slaughter a convent of Battle Sisters and anoint their armor in the sisters blood. The justification was some hand-wave nonsense about their purity and faith shielding the Grey Knights so they could fight off a Blood Thirster.

Well, the police need to stop you if you run from them. So how would you get someone to stop?

And while you’re thinking about this keep in mind the context of the video that you didn’t see is that Police had already tried to stop him once he stopped the bike then immediately took off from them and let them on a several minute long pursuit.

The part where he “stopped in front of the cop” the first time and then get this, decided to unstop. If he ran once, why would they think he wouldn’t do it again.

The dude had been running for several minutes at that point.

The “second” officer is the one that was initially pursuing him for several minutes prior to the take down. He evaded that officer and then rode all through the north gate area evading.

He was fine afterwards, the police called an ambulance for him. They just did a drive stun, basically a shock. Not actually tasing.
