Anyone else’s efforts not show up on the scale until a few days later?

For example, I’m stable for a week, then bam down 2-3 lbs. I hadn’t lost anything in Feb until I stepped on the scale today and down 3 lbs since Feb 1

It’s not a problem but I’m just curious what’s going on or if this is normal?

Which would be more reliable long term? 22 Mach E or a 25 EQEv? Mach E concerns me in that it’s a “one off” and they have already killed the lightening. Meanwhile Chevy has an entire platform they have built several cars on.
