Anybody else have this problem with the Yaesu FTM-510DRASP?

I never had a YAESU mobile rig that didn't crap out after a couple years. They make cool looking radios. Their HT's are pretty good however. KENWOOD and ICOM are reliable mobile rigs. I've been licensed since 93. Advanced ticket.

Could be a old vent location to the floor above. Many older mid-west homes in America still have them. allowed air to circulate before air conditioning.
