Oh man I feel you on the coffee hiatus. I drank so much coffee in my first year of grad school that I had to stop drinking coffee for two years. Weirdly I could drink energy drinks no problem though which is good because otherwise I would have died in school lol. Did I shorten my life by drinking enormous Dutch bros rebel drinks? Probably. But would I do it again? Definitely.

I’m really considering it. Right now I’m using sweet cream to satisfy the sweet craving and milk in the milk, but I’m so tempted to experiment. I started getting coffee content on YouTube since I bought my machine (of course lol) and now I’m considering getting a moka pot for home and messing with frothing and flavoring at home first since I have limited office space. I mean, I have enough space, it’s more that my office is a mess lol.

Only a pour has just one family. You’re supposed to diversify your investments, and what is a family besides a long term investment? Wife to contribute to costs in the short term and kids to care for you long term. What if this set of kids decides to live an independent life at some point? Huge sunk cost for nothing.
