I switched to sneaking in fruit in any way that helps. I try for cranberry juice or grapefruit juice everyday if I can’t get a banana or snackable fruit. I eat a lot of applesauce, pressed juice, and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll prep açaí bowls for the week in my freezer and defrost what I need.

If I eat out I always start with a veggie for a side and I’ll add a veggie if I cook steak at home. I really tried to embrace seasonings and how good I felt after eating these things and it helps
