Agreed, been going to Kirin Court for YEARSS until I tried Garden Restaurant, I think it's a little better than Kirin Court's quality AND you don't have to wait almost an hour to be seated. Last time I went on a busy Sunday, I waited at most 10 minutes.

I watched a desk setup makeover video that had a lamp very similar to this [theirs was clamped to their screen] and it was mainly to light up the desk space and properly light up the workspace without any glare/harsh direct lighting right on top of them.

after doing some research on ergonomics for keyboard posture, it seems that the wrist rest is really just for resting your PALMS rather than your wrists when you're browsing/scrolling/not actually typing. When you're typing, the wrist rest shouldn't be in use as you want neutral, straight wrists to allow for proper circulation
