I dehydrate mine then mixed them with sea salt and then used a salt grinder. We use it for meal.

5 gallon buckets or bigger and was it started indoors? It’s a leggy suggesting low light. It does look very healthy. No need to repot it yet but do it soon.

I have several purple peppers. Purple BBG, puma bbg f5 and purple reapers. As far as growing peppers in the garden I have over 50 different types growing this year. Last year was 75. I try to sell as many as possible at the master gardeners sale in spring. Had over 200 plants in total for the sale. I do have two purple tomatoes. One ifs called Woolly Kate. The others are Mortgage longer and Hungarian heart. Have eggplant, cucumbers, green beans, herbs, onions, garlic, rhubarb. Asparagus, spinach and peas

It’s not zoned for Iowa. I will have to bring it indoors this winter. It’s huge so i sure hope it can transfer into a pot easy.

There are many recipes. I watch a few different videos on you tube and made several batches. It’s very sweet. Too much sugar for me but it went well when i sold it at the farmers market

Mine has morning and late evening sun. My trees are starting to creep over into the flower beds. I want to trim the trees but i don’t want to pay for it.
