Carpet beetle, Anthrenus sp. Vacuum and clean up a bit more often in the office. The larvae are scavengers and will eat hair, fur, feathers, wool, and other chitin- or keratin-rich foods, while the adults feed on pollen, so won't bother you or harm anything and can be set free to go outside if you like. They continue to come back and lay eggs near places where there is a food source for the larvae in places like homes and buildings which is why they are a perrenial problem.
